Prowess is delighted to announce that it has just been ranked as one of South Africa’s Top Gender Empowered Companies in our sector by Standard Bank Top Women.
These annual awards honour outstanding leadership, inspiration, vision, and innovation in organisations that play a critical role in advancing women’s participation in the South African economy. The awards apply a rigorous process in the selection of the winners in each category.
Prowess took the honours as a long-standing champion of inclusion and diversity in the investment management industry. As the first Black, woman-owned and managed investment companies in the country, Prowess has always believed in diversity as a competitive advantage.
This is evidenced in the diversity of our Board and Staff, as well as the Stakeholders and Partners that we engage with. It also inspires development initiatives such as our Graduate Training Programme and Prowess Leadership & Management Development Programme.
